Tik Tok Challenge

There is a national TikTok challenge showing up in many Colorado school districts, and it has impacted our school. The challenge involves the theft and destruction of school property. You may have heard about this in the media, as school districts across the country are impacted.

Most of this occurs in school bathrooms, where damage to soap and toilet paper dispensers, floors, and more impact our ability to keep these facilities open to our students until repairs can be made. This disrupts our school and negatively impacts our learning environment.

Please have a conversation with your student about the impact this has on our school. If a student is found to be involved in an activity such as this, appropriate disciplinary action in alignment with our policies and code of conduct will be implemented and could include suspension, restitution, law enforcement involvement, and more.
