SHS-Annual Family Check-In for 20/21
Every year we ask parents to update their family information and let us know if your student will be attending a Weld RE-4 school in the coming year. Prior to May 1st, please log into your Campus Portal Parent account to complete the Annual Family Check-In.
After logging into the parent portal:
Message Center on the left; scroll to the bottom and click “More”; click Annual Family Check In
Follow the workflow to verify and/or update your existing information
Annual Family Check-In must be completed for each household on an annual basis. If you do not have a Campus Parent account, please visit our school office.
Laptop or a desktop computer are the best way to complete the Annual Family Check In, as the process is not optimized for mobile devices (e.g., smartphones).
If you have any questions about Campus Parent or the Annual Family Check In, please do not hesitate to contact us at the number below.

German Corner
My German II students have been knee-deep in German verbs all year. Conjugating German verbs is always problematic, but they are learning one that is appropriate for the season. “Lieben” means “to love” in German and “Ich liebe dich!” is “I love you!”. This phrase is very good to know since Valentine’s Day is approaching. Although it remains an “imported holiday”, Valentine’s Day has become increasingly popular in Germany. Exchanging “Valentinskarten (Valentine’s Cards)” and giving chocolate and flowers are now a common practice in many parts of Germany. Germans have a reputation for being cold and unapproachable, but deep down inside they are romantics at heart. Don’t expect Valentine’s cards to be exchanged among children, however, as this is not common. Valentine’s Day remains an exclusively adult holiday. Surprise your significant other with “Ich liebe dich!” as you jet off to Berlin for a romantic weekend. Okay…maybe Paris is better. Ich wünsche ihnen einen fröhlichen Valintinstag! Bis nächste Woche!
