Academic Support CenterThe Academic Support Center at Gallatin High is open to all students during study hall or an early release period. The ASC is staffed with either a math teacher or an English teacher each period of the day. We also have peer tutors available to help students. If you're looking for some extra support in any course, stop by the ASC!
if students are still having challenges submitting Google docs in Canvas, please read through this information to ensure Google Drive is properly linked with Canvas. Here is a video to walk you through the process.
Sometime in December or January, we will be transitioning to a one-to-one technology plan. Be on the look out for information and parent permission forms that will need to be completed.
All students, whether they are attending in person in the blended model, attending remotely or quarantined (and feeling well) are expected to participate fully, five days a week, in all of their courses. Students are expected to complete assignments in all of their courses. If your student is having any trouble connecting with course material or with participating, please contact your teacher, your school counselor, or an administrator to address the issue.
Covid Lunch updates
It is important that students are more vigilant in limiting group sizes at lunch in order to allow for greater physical distancing while students are unmasked and eating lunch. We will be enforcing this more strictly so please be proactive and spread out at lunch.
Additionally, remember that in the blended model, we are closed campus at lunch. Students should not be leaving campus during the lunch hour until we move to the 4 plus 1 model.
Thank you for your cooperation!
