PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Dear Spartan Parents and Guardians,

Hopefully we have had our last snow day for the year! While everyone loves a good snow day, the last few weeks have had more than their fair share! Here is to hoping we are seeing the end of winter soon! There is no better way to ring in spring than by attending our spring musical, “Nunsense The Little Sisters of Hoboken are ready to sing and dance their way into your hearts. Join Reverend Mother and the Sisters of the order in this hilarious spoof, as they put on a variety show that is sure to be “habit-forming.” Due to an unfortunate food poisoning incident, the Sisters find that they must hold a fundraiser to try and raise money to pay the burial costs of some of the dead nuns. A serious problem for sure, and a great reason why this show will have you absolutely roaring with laughter.

Performances at the Lakeview Black Box theater begin Thursday, March 16 at 7 p.m. for just a $5 preview night price, with additional performances, general admission $10, on March 17 & 18 at 7 p.m. and matinees on March 18 and 19 at 2 p.m.

Sincerely,

Cody Japinga

Principal

Athletic Eligibility & Spring Sport Tryouts

It is hard to believe that spring sports will be starting today! Remember, if your student-athlete would like to participate in a spring sport they must be academically eligible. That means they need to have passed 4 out of 6 classes and have a trimester GPA of 1.7 during the second trimester.

All student athletes must have a physical on file with the athletic office and have final forms completed by the student and parent.

STUDENT PICKUP AFTER ~ 2:00 pm

If your student needs to leave after 2:00 pm, please call the attendance line before 1:30 pm. It is proving to be a challenge to get students out of class with the amount of afternoon call outs. If the call comes after 2:00 pm, we cannot promise that we will be able to answer the call or respond to any messages in a timely fashion. If the call is earlier, we can get your student an appointment pass for them to leave on time.

Please be sure to call the attendance line at 269-565-3709. Please leave a message if it goes to voicemail. The attendance secretary will get your message and get the pass to your student.
