FAMILY DANCE NIGHT!
This years theme is of course 80's because we can’t get Mrs. Westcott out of her “glory days”!. Thanks to R&R Productions, we’ll be dancing the night away. Kindergarten classes will perform the Bunny Hop at 7:00. The 1st-5th graders will be doing a school-wide Thriller dance out on the gym floor 7:30! We’ll be dancing the rest of the night away with the Macarena, Hokey Pokey, YMCA, Chicken Dance, Cha Cha Slide, and much more.
All students will receive a ticket at the door for a chance for a prize. You may purchase pizza, pretzels and cheese, cotton candy, popcorn, and chips to fill your bellies. Drinks will include various sodas, water and Gatorade for purchase as well.
This is Mrs. Westcott's gym fundraiser for the year. All monies raised help continue to support our PE program.
Take a look at the link below for the school-wide Thriller dance we'll be performing. You can even practice with your kids and join in on the fun!

DR. SEUSS MOVIE NIGHT!
MARCH 5TH 6-8 P.M.
The Lorax is a beloved Dr. Seuss movie about twelve-year-old Ted who goes in search of a Truffula tree to get the girl of his dreams, Audrey. But to get that tree, he needs to delve into the story of the Lorax, once the gruff guardian of the forest, and the Once-ler (Ed Helms), who let greed overtake his respect for nature.
The best part of this evening is FREE pizza, juice, popcorn and candy for everyone! Oh, and door prizes! Yes we said FREE, so come join us here at Snowshoe Elementary on March 5th for the Lorax! Don't forget to bring your favorite pillow and blanket for sitting on the gym floor.

Spring Picture Day
If your child missed picture day, we apologize but there is no make up day scheduled for spring pictures. And if you did not get a chance to prepay for a class picture, you'll need to call Lifetouch directly at 907-333-2772 to purchase one.
Individual pictures do not need to be paid for until your picture packet arrives home. Take a look at them and decide which purchasing option fits. Simply return the money and/or pictures you don't want back to the classroom teacher. Children who order a class picture will also receive these home separately from their individual packet.
