ARGYLE CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING
“It’s the most wonderful time of the year” and the volunteers with Keep Argyle Beautiful along with the Argyle Fire Department are pleased to announce the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Festival will be on Saturday, December 1st from 4-8pm at the firehouse on the corner of 407 and Gibbons.
The community celebration will not only be for children who will see Santa arrive to the festival in a special way, the adults will be entertained in a whole new way this year! The Poor Kings will be performing throughout the festival, award winning singers, songwriters and performers will surely touch all generations of attendees, along with the Argyle High School Choir. Join us around our tree by candlelight, as we sing Christmas carols, this will be something you will not want to miss! A variety of dinner items, snacks, sweets and drinks will be sold, along with items from vendor booths. Children’s activities galore will keep little ones busy. Come rain or shine or even chilly weather, the firehouse has opened their doors! Bring a toy and canned food as you come to celebrate the holiday season with us.
