What is the Procedure?

an efficient and cost-effective method to identify children with visual impairment or eye conditions that are likely to lead to visual impairment so that a referral can be made to an appropriate eye care professional for further evaluation and treatment.

Why is the procedure used?

Vision screenings are done to check your eyes for many different reasons. They determine you contact lenses or eyeglasses prescription but more then just that, He or she will also check your eyes for common eye diseases, how your eyes work together as a team and evaluate your eyes as an indicator of your overall health.

Everyone should, eye examinations are an important part of health maintenance.
