PTA REFLECTIONS WINNER: Congratulations to 7th Grader Julia Bunnell for being recognized for the Award of Merit in the state level of PTA Reflections, the National PTA’s cornerstone arts program. Spring 2023 Service Project
Each school year LVMS participates in a "Spring Into Service" activity. This year, for the month of April, students can volunteer to take part in Color A Smile. Color A Smile is a nonprofit organization that distributes cheerful drawings to senior citizens, our troops overseas, and anyone in need of a smile. Every month, the organization sends thousands of new drawings to all the people on their mailing list. Kids, teens, and adults of any age can volunteer to color and help us spread smiles. Each homeroom has a set of coloring pages available along with some basic instructions. Have fun this month coloring and brighten someone's day!
Mark your calendar! Monday, April 17th at 7:00 PM at Cucinella is the rescheduled date for our Parent and Community Presentation from Mr. Richard Guerry. Please feel free to access some digital materials from Mr. Guerry on responsible and safe online and cell phone usage.

Sponosred by the Long Valley Junior Women's Club, 2023 will be the start of the 24th annual LVJWC Middle School Photo Contest. Students are asked to submit digital photos of specific categories. Deadline to submit pictures is April 29th.

Boys Baseball
All players with approved physicals and paperwork, are reminded that baseball tryouts will be held until 5:30. You will need your own ride home at 5:30.
Girls Softball
Tryouts for Softball will begin today (4/3) after from 3:30 ---5PM. At dismissal, girls should change in the North Gym and meet the coach in the Gym. All girls should have a ride home at 5pm.
Tryouts will be held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Girls should plan to attend all days.
Boys and Girls Track and Field
Boys and Girls spring track practice will take place this week from 3:30-4:30 after school. Please make sure to have running shoes, water, and a ride home at 4:30. Reach out to Coach Petrucelli or Coach Kays with any questions.

Pizza Kit Orders Are In April 5
