Non-starchy vegetables, beans, and fruits like apples pears, peaches, berries, and tropical fruits are good for you. They have a lower gylcemic index and are really good!

Fish or skinless chicken are really good healthy proteins that you can add to most of your meals!
Info about eating throughout the day
Having three meals and two snacks a day is a good way to keep your gylcemic under control. Don't forget to eat breakfast and always remember to STOP EATING WHEN YOU'RE FULL!!
