City Slickers
Converting City Kids into Agriculture Lovers!
Calling All Volunteers
City Slickers is a one day event that takes place every September. It introduces Grade 4 and 5 students to agriculture by immersing them into both on-farm learning opportunities and hands on activities. City Slickers is a truly unique and powerful program that gives school children a first hand opportunity to truly learn what agriculture and farming is all about.
We cannot do it without an incredible army of volunteers. If you would like to be one of the 150 one-day Agriculture Awareness Team members then please contact us below. You will not be disappointed with this amazing opportunity to promote a REAL image of our agriculture and agri-food industry and foster a deeper understanding and appreciate amongst tomorrow's consumers!
