Weekly RAM Newsletter

A Brief Note from Dr. Burke

Hi Ram families,

We wanted to provide you with a brief update on our No Place For Hate (NPFH) initiative. You may recall last month students, staff and parents formed a committee to lead this work. The NPFH committee student members have worked hard this past week to create a game plan to introduce No Place For Hate and themselves to our school community.

Last Friday and again tomorrow, some of our committee members will be on TPMS-TV speaking about NPFH, their role as committee members, and upcoming events. On Tuesday-Friday, committee members will visit RAM classes to show a video and invite students to sign a Resolution of Respect.

Our student committee members will also share information about the three school-wide activities they will lead in the spring. We are so proud of these students and look forward to sharing more about their efforts to build a more inclusive school climate in the coming months.

I look forward to seeing you all tomorrow and remember, it's a 3/5/1 day.

Sincerely,

Dr. Burke
