Tollund Man
Hung a Sacrifice
Thesis and Support
A rope was drawn tight around his neck and throat then coiled around his shoulder like a snake. This suggest's that he had been hung. We think that he was a sacrifice because his last meal was a kind of soup which contained many types of different grains and weeds. These grains are hard to find, therefore it was probably for a special occasion, as if his death was planned.
Did Tollund man really die by Sacrifice?
Counter-Argument
Was a sacrifice the only way Tollund man died? Did he die by suicide or any other possible way?
