Anger or wrath is an intense emotional response. Often it indicates when ones basic boundary's is violated.

Anger may have a physical response like increased hart rate, blood pressure and levels of Adrenalin.
Keep calm
Think before you speak,identify possibly solutions,once your calm express your anger or take a time out.

Walk away when possible.
