April Habit Highlight Winners🏆
Our Habit Highlight for the month of April was: PERSEVERANCE. Each team of teachers has selected one student from their team that they felt exemplarily demonstrated the habit throughout the month. PERSEVERANCE is defined as: working hard to set or achieve your personal goal(s); not giving up despite challenges.
🎉 Congratulations to this month's winners 🎉
Alan
Since the beginning of the school year, Alan continues to persevere. He continues to overcome his anxiety of having his camera on while attending classes in Zoom, actively participates in class despite his fear, is kind and helpful to others, and thrives academically. The Avengers team gladly nominates Alan as our perseverance scholar of the month.
🎉 Congratulations🎉
Khimarra
Khimarra has continuously worked hard on every assignment all year. She has demonstrated that slow and steady wins the race. Khimarra takes her time on assignments to ensure that they are done correctly. Thank you, Khimarra for your hard work and dedication this year.

Julia is a student who tries very hard in class. When she doesn't understand something she lets you know. She checks with her teachers daily to see if they will be present for class. She comes for tutoring every evening sometimes even on weekends. Julia is a student who keeps trying no matter how difficult the task may be. For this reason Julia Evans is the Trailblazers nomination for perseverance.
