#TechieKnight: Student Choice + 4 C’s = Supercharged Learning!
Check out this great blog post, Empower Your Students with The 4 C’s Learning Menu, by Kasey Bell. In this blog, she talks about empowering your students through choice. When you incorporate the 4 C's with student choice, you get SUPERCHARGED LEARNING!
What are the 4 C's?
Creativity: The use of imagination and original ideas to solve problems and create.
Communication: The ability to effectively and clearly communicate for a variety of audiences and using a variety of tools and mediums.
Collaboration: Learning and working in groups or teams, locally and/or globally, to achieve a goal.
Critical Thinking: The ability to conceptualize, analyze, synthesize, and evaluate information for the purpose of deeper understanding, problem solving, and guiding action.
A slides template is provided for you so you can align your topics, content, and units of study. Slide 2 of the template is a Teacher’s Guide with tips to revise for your classroom needs. Use one idea or use them all. Totally up to you!
