OCS Newsletter

February 2022

Dear Families,

We are finally getting all the new snow we have been hoping for. Students enjoy playing on the playground and field in the winter. You all do a great job making your child has the appropriate outdoor clothing. If you are ever in need please call our Outreach Counselor, Deborah Bunting.

OCS students have been working hard to earn "paw points" for being safe, responsible and respectful when they are outside at recess. We are working toward a school-wide incentive to earn enough "paw points" to have a popsicle party! When you have a chance please ask your child how they are safe, responsible, and respectful out at recess.

There have been a few OCS Spiritwear sales this year from our PTO. We are excited that so many students are taking pride with showing school spirit and wearing their OCS gear. The PTO has more $5 t-shirts. If you would still like to order one please have your child pick up an order form in the office.

Our lost and found has grown tremendously over the last few months. We have many sweatshirts, hats, and jackets. If you know your child has lost an article of clothing recently please have them look at the items in the lobby.
