Let's Keep The Conversation Going!
Hi there edCampGR community!
As you know, learning, sharing, connecting and reflecting between professional educators is a powerful thing. Seeing our colleagues in person is fun, develops our practice and enhances our resources. When we can't meet face-to-face, we find other ways to continue connecting and growing professionally. This is essential to growing successful Connected Educator communities.
On November 2, more than 100 of us came together to have conversations about how we can make education better for our learners, and it was a great start to forming our community of connected educators.
How do we keep this energy going? Here are a few ideas - but there is really no end to the list of things we can do and accomplish together!
Attend More Face to Face Events:

Change PD at Your School:
Pitch the idea to your school administrators to try running a mini-edCamp for your next professional development day. Need help convincing them? - Have them contact me @ronhoutman
Above all - TELL YOUR STORY!
When you do cool things at your school, share it with your followers on Twitter, post it on Facebook, blog about it. We can tell the story about how educators make a difference for our learners better than anyone else. Let do just that!
Thanks - Ron Houtman
