Purpose Statement

The purpose of the Regional Leadership Network is to build the capacity of educational leaders while offering district and school leaders an opportunity to network with one another. Timely and relevant learning opportunities will be provided in the following areas:

  • Continuous Improvement

  • Equity

  • Inclusive Instructional Practices

  • Organizational Leadership

  • Professional Capital

Facilitated Learning: Doug Reeves (9:00-10:00)

We are happy to announce that national education expert, Doug Reeves of Creative Solutions, will be facilitating our Regional Leadership Network this year. SST9 will provide a copy of his book, Achieving Equity and Excellence, to the leaders who register for this series. Doug will lead you through his book and how to improve student outcomes for ALL of your students.

Networking Opportunity (10:00-10:30)

We will embed networking opportunities into each session. You will have time to process and plan with your colleagues.

  • OIP Calibration Mini-Series: October 13th & December 13th (This 2-day training is for anyone NEW to the Ohio Improvement Process)
  • OIP Level Up Mini-Series: February 2nd & March 9th (This 2-day training is for experienced users of the Ohio Improvement Process)
  • All training sessions will be virtual from 11:00-1:00

ED STEPS: Support & Coaching

SST 9 will be offering open office hours & targeted support for district teams completing the One Needs Assessment (ONA) and developing a comprehensive plan for student growth.
