Sir Tim Berners Lee
After graduation he worked as an engineer at the telecommunications company Plessy in Poole, in 1978 he joined D. G. Nash in Dorset where he helped create type-setting software for printers.
Berners-Lee worked as an independent contractor at CERN from June to December 1980. While there, he proposed a project based on the concept of hypertext, to facilitate sharing and updating information among researchers. To demonstrate, he built a prototype system named World Wide Web.
Sir Clive Sinclair
Sir Clive Marles Sinclair (born 30 July 1940) is an English entrepreneur and inventor, most commonly known for his work in consumer electronics in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
Sinclair founded Sinclair Radionics in 1961, where he produced the first slim-line electronic pocket calculator in 1972! he also made the fold up bike!
Gates is really well known, for personal computers. Gates has been critasized for his business tactics which some people had given an opinion which has in some cases been upheld by the courts. In the later stages of his career, Gates has donating large amounts of money to various charitable organizations and scientific research program's.
