We Are Connected..... on the playground too!

In light of what happened recently, it's a great time to really think about playground supervision. We all value our time outside as a little extra collaboration time but remember the purpose is to supervise for safety. This means strategic placement around the playground.

We Are Connected!!

We Are Connected helps us understand that everyone who comes into our lives can help us live our dreams. Through this mindset, we learn to constantly explore synergies with others, embrace diversity, and relish the competition that will allow us to maximize our potential with and through others.

-Embrace Everyone!

-Maximize positive relationships!

–Build your Dream Team!I

-Lead with Value!

This could easily be Mashburn in this video! We have so many amazing examples of "We Are Connected" in every grade level and area!!

3 things that truly change behavior....

1. Changing the narrative in our head. What are the truth's you currently believe and tell yourself. What is you "self talk"?

2. Whose on your team? Do you have a Dream Team? Are the people on your team holding you accountable, lifting you up or pulling you down?

3. What are your personal habits? Do you exercise? How do you eat? Do you practice gratitude walks or have hobbies?

Studies have shown that if you want to change a habit then you have to focus on these three key points. Does this change how you talk to your students? What about your own life?
