Google Docs- Force a Copy
Here is an easy way to share a Google document with somebody and force them to make a copy of it. This works with all types of Google documents.
Make sure the document is shared with the person.
Copy the hyperlink of the document.
Delete the edit at the end of the hyperlink and replace it with copy.
Ex. https://docs.google.com/a/roundrockisd.org/document/d/1tSVB-50ActoIvjbdyyQsrgw4RjZHFo83FSioVUX2BbU/edit

5. The person will receive the following message when they click the hyperlink.
Weather Forecast in Google Calendar
Wonder what the high and low temperatures are for the days to come? Now you can see a weather icon on your Google Calendar. Go to the Gear> Settings> General> Location.
Add your zipcode. Under “location” Select “Show weather based on my location” by selecting °C or °F.
Be sure to SAVE at the top or bottom of the screen.
After saving, you will see the weather for the next 3 days on your calendar screen. If you click the weather icon, the forecast pops up.

Simply download the Kaizena Extension from the Chrome Web Store, open your student’s Google document and click Add-Ons, Get Add-Ons, and choose Kaizena Mini. Once you have done that, Kaizena Mini will appear under the Add-ons Menu. Click Add-Ons again to open Kaizena Mini.
Highlight the text that you want to provide feedback for and click New Feedback. It’s that simple!
