I hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather that this long weekend has brought to us. The three weeks following this one will be 5 DAY SCHOOL WEEKS. I say this to prepare both students, families and staff. It may be a difficult transition for some. Being present in school each day is critical for everyone's academic success and mental health. Tuesday is slated to be a stunning day with a high of 65 degrees and lots of sun! Please see the attached flyer with more information about this great event sponsored by the Town of Brookline. We will collect data from our students about how they arrived at school on Tuesday for EXTRA RECESS! This is all an effort to raise awareness about the impact that fuel emissions have on our environment. Keeping everyone healthy is a bonus!

Thursday is also predicted to be a perfect day for School Pictures! We plan to take our pictures outdoors with the staff picture first (7:30AM in the Peace Garden). Our PTO is providing parent volunteers to support a smooth operation. Please reach out to your room parents if you can help. Families can fill out the picture form sent home with students or go to coffeepond.com to sign up for packages. Your student does not need to bring any forms if they register online.
