Mission: The College Preparatory Partnership serves to support LEAs by developing systems and providing collaborative learning opportunities that meet the requirements of House Bill 5.
Vision: The College Preparatory Partnership will prepare students to enroll in entry-level collegiate courses and succeed in post-secondary environments.

Operational meetings and Curriculum VATs are free of charge, while the professional development sessions are for a fee. If your district is interested in joining the College Prep Partnership Cooperative, which allows anyone in your district to attend the College Prep PD sessions for free, please read the details below and reach out if you have any questions.

November 16th Meeting
- Updated information from TEA that College Prep courses are not included in the multidisciplinary plan, even if your district decides locally to consider them advanced courses (more information on the agenda).
- Districts using block scheduling (completing course in December) should send verification data to Samantha Gallegos at Alamo Colleges within the next two weeks.
September 21st Meeting
The slides from this meeting are available here for your review. Some of the highlights include:
- IHE Data share on enrollment and success (data included in slides)
- SAISD shared best practices for TCB. Jeff's contact information is included in the agenda if you have questions.
- IHE representation was appreciated at Math VAT and PD sessions. Looking forward to continued collaboration and potential mentor program for both content areas.
- New document shared - Letter for families (available in English / Spanish) explaining the course benefits.
