Growing Up

Growing Up
In the book "That Was Then This Is Now" their is a lot of growing up involved in this. Bryon is more of the person who is growing up in the story. Mark on the other hand hasn't really grown up that much. But seeing the transition from the begining of the story to the end of the story i think they have both matured in many ways.
This song has a lot to do with growing up.

I think Bryon has everything going for him and doesn't want to get involved in Marks trouble. Bryon has a great girlfriend named Kathy. Bryon doesn't really have time for trouble so i think the best thing for him to do is grow up. Sometimes the best thing to do in life is grow up.

While Bryon has shown growth in the story i think in some ways mark has too. Towards the end of the story Mark has matured, Mark took care of Bryon when he was drunk and beat up, also Bryon told Mark not to fight the guys that beat him up. That took some growing up.
