Spanish Honors Society – Spanish Honor Society will meet this Wednesday, March 14th at 3:25pm in Lecture Hall C. Attendance is MANDATORY. If you cannot attend, there will be a makeup meeting Thursday, March 15th at 7:25am in 2121.


ASR Study Hall – Please note that TODAY, Tuesday, March 13th, the ASR study hall will move from the Lecture Halls to the Cafeteria periods 1-4.


The Hoofbeat - Mustangs, last week we raised money for COTA for Luke O'Shea, now read his story on the front page of the new Hoofbeat. Look for it on newsstands around school. We also feature the new varsity boys’ soccer coach, formerly a kicker for Nebraska and the Canadian Football League.


Prom - Millard North Prom for Juniors and Seniors is April 7th which is approaching fast! During prom, we will be having a dance battle and would love to see you participate. All you have to do is send in your song for the battle in to Mr. Pitt (jdpitt@mpsomaha.org) and get your dance solo or group ready to take over the dance floor!


Tech Expo – The Tech Expo is today from 7:30 – 11 am in the lecture halls. We will be having a unique opportunity for students to explore a variety of career training programs and schools in the Omaha and surrounding areas.


aMNesty - aMNesty is hosting two guest speakers after school this Thursday, March 15th in Lecture Hall B, from 3:30-4:30. They will address racial issues and social justice in the United States, with an emphasis on Omaha's situation specifically. Elvin Torres is a former Boys Town youth from New York City who currently lives in Bellevue. Myron Pierce is from north Omaha, and was incarcerated at DCYC before turning his life around. Both men are engaging and inspirational, and their message will be powerful.
