LUNCH ANNOUNCEMENT
Guidance- Parent Night!
We would like to extend an invitation to you to come to Parent Night on March 20, 2017 at 6:30. Our Parent Night will start in the auditorium with a presentation from our schools. After the presentation, you will be dismissed to visit our departments, clubs/organization, and sports where we will have faculty/staff/students available to answer questions and to showcase what being a Wildcat is all about!
- Students received a one page transcript, a 4 year planning sheet, and a registration sheet on Thursday during homeroom. If they were absent, they need to pick up this information from their homeroom teachers as soon as possible. All three pieces are crucial for selecting the appropriate classes for next school year. The counselors have made suggestions on the 4 year planning sheet. We have asked that they discuss the class selections with their teachers and a parent or guardian. There are 3 programs, AVID, Engineering, and Journalism II, that require an application so they will need to see the coordinators for the application and other necessary documentation. Registration sheets need to be filled out completely with the required classes, electives, and alternatives. There will be very limited schedule changes so please take time to think about and consider what they are registering for. Registration sheets are due back in guidance by the end of the day on Friday, March 24th. If the students do not return a registration sheet, their classes will be selected for them.
