Is 16 to Young to Drive?

I believe that 16 is not to young to drive because we are in high school. We might have to be at school early or stay after school later than normal. Sometimes we can't do that when out parents takes us because our schedules don't match up. Also sometimes our parents are sick and its hard to get a ride on short notice that early in the morning.

- 56% of teens said they talk on the phone while driving.
- Statistics show that 16 and 17-year-old driver death rates increase with each additional passenger.
- Only about 44% of teens said that they would speak up if someone were driving in a way that scared them
