Drinking and the Holiday Season

December is a time for celebration. Many people drink for the holidays and it isn't always all for the right reasons. The holidays can bring a lot of feelings of stress and loneliness for some. Times like these may bring up things such as loss of loved ones or financial stress and struggle. It can be so easy to pick up a drink and use it to cope with whatever is going on in your life. Try and be mindful this holiday season and make good decisions that don't risk your life or someone else's.

Around the holidays, people drink more and there are more cars on the road. Don't drink and drive and encourage others to do the same.
