Listening Sessions with Jen Barnabee and Leslie Weber

We have scheduled five meetings in the next two weeks where we would like to take the time to listen to your ideas, concerns and share your experiences at Oak Grove. Our partnership with our parents is essential to build successful experiences for our students. We know the earlier part of this year made it challenging to get together in-person and we now have the opportunity. We would like to keep these meetings small to engage in authentic conversations, so we are asking you to RSVP and will be providing more opportunities if meeting slots fill up and there remains an interest. We have chosen a variety of times to allow for varying schedules. The meeting dates and times are below. Please reach out to Lori Beres to RSVP via email beres@ogschool.org or phone 224-424-4722.

  • Tues. Apr. 26 from 5:30-6:30 PM - Pat Patt Gym

  • Wed. Apr. 27 from 2:00-3:00 PM - Professional Development Room

  • Thur. Apr. 28 from 8:30-9:30 AM - Professional Development Room

  • Mon. May 2 from 6:00-7:00 PM - Pat Patt Gym

  • Fri. May 6 from 8:30-9:30 AM - Professional Development Room

We hope to continue to build relationships with our parents that will support open lines of communication when there are questions, concerns or ideas.

OGS Extracurricular Activities Survey

Oak Grove is in the process of considering its extracurriculars for the 2022-2023 school year and we want your input! The goal of this survey is to provide the entire K-8 community additional opportunities for input into these considerations annually. The PTO & School Administration are working collaboratively to determine interest areas and needed resources. Please complete this very short form with your suggestions.

Your response is important to evaluating both new and the continuation of existing clubs & activities for next year. This survey link closes Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 4:00 PM.

IMPORTANT- Please complete one form per student so we can review interest levels by grade level.

Please contact Mrs. Barnabee (barnabee@ogschool.org) with any questions.
