We are celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week. Please join me in honoring the amazing staff we have at CUES. Our teachers are caring, dedicated and enthusiastic about learning. They create a positive environment for our students while encouraging them to grow. I feel so grateful for all of them!

Summer is quickly approaching. As you are planning your summer events, please consider summer camps as a way for your child to develop new skills and have some fun. Our school district will be offering a variety of programs for students. A brochure will be mailed to district families. Listed below are the programs that pertain to students at CUES:

The elementary Buy One Get One Free Book Fair will take place the week of May 8-12. This is a great time to stock up on books for summer reading!

There is a limited supply of CUES 2016-2017 yearbooks available for purchase in the office. The cost is $10 each.

Important!! 6th Grade transition to Junior High Parent Night Information:

On May 10, there will be a meeting for parents and students in 6th grade transitioning to the junior high school. The meeting will be held at Columbia Central Junior Senior High School in the Media Center. It will begin at 6:30 PM. Mr. Rulewicz, Principal, and some of the CCJH staff will be there to answer questions and provide a tour of the school. We hope to see you there.
