Explain Everything
- We won grant money!
- Everyone with an iPad at MMS will get a copy of this app
- This app will be pushed out and pulled back every year, so all future students will also have a copy of this app available for them to use
- This training could take 2-3 sessions
- This app can be used by every teacher & student in every subject
- The easiest comparison is Educreations
Some highlights of the features when comparing to Educreations
- You can have multiple drafts going at one time
- You can edit your recording without having to start over
- Exports to your camera roll, Google Drive, and emails
- Does not generate a link like Educreations, but you can share easily using Google
- Use it as a presentation tool or recording tool
- Open a browser and navigate & annotate over webpages
- Play and annotate over an inserted video while recording

Troubleshooting Tips
- Check your wifi: MISD-SECURE
- Go to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apps should be set to Automatic Downloads
- If the app doesn't appear in the app catalog for you or a student, they or you could be in an incorrect AirWatch Group and you need to notify us
- If the app doesn't appear in the app store, it may need more time.
- Close all your Safari webpages and open the app catalog again
- Do not keep pressing Install. It may just need more time. Up to 24 hours.
- Hard re-start on iPad
Warning
- Since this app is pushed out through the app catalog, back up all your videos to Google Drive. You never know when this app will disappear from your iPad and all of your content that is not saved will be gone.
- If you want to be able to edit again, save in in Google as a project
- If you want to just have a copy of the completed file, save it as a video file
- See section on Exporting for more information
