A Message from Principal Purfurst
Thank you to all of you who have already voted in the 2022 elections! There is still time to drop off your ballots before 7:00 PM Tuesday night. You can drop off your ballot in a 24-hour drop box. To find a drop box, click here! The closest one to Padilla is located at the Adams County Judicial Center, just off of Bromley Lane between Prairie Center Parkway and I-76.
An Update from Dean Hawkins
Safety Information:
We will practice an Evacuation Drill this week. Last week we successfully practiced a Secure Drill. “Secure” is part of our Standard Response Protocol (that we use for all of our safety procedures) for if there was an emergency outside of our school in which we would need to be aware of. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about any of the safety drills we practice at Padilla!
Guardians on Guard:
Through our community survey, we are aware of the desire for our community to be involved more in an everyday setting! With that, we would like to invite all that are interested to help ensure the safety of our students before school, after school or during lunch recess. We are always looking for more adult supervision during these unstructured times in our daily schedule and would welcome anyone that has time to help! If you are interested in volunteering your time at any point during the school day for Guardians on Guard, please reach out to Josh Hawkins at your convenience!
