Settlement

The Comanche settled in the Great Plains, because there was a lot of food. They also hunted buffalo, which were plentiful in the Plains.

Natural resources

The Comanche used buffalo skin to make clothes and teepees. They also used wood for the teepees.

Culture

The Comanche believed in animal sprits and that they would protect them. The Comanche were known as horsemen, which means they are good with horses and they also fight on horses. Their way of life included living in small family bands.
