Dates/Times to know:
The doors and dinner opens at 5:30 p.m. each night June 24-27! Feel free to come anytime from 5:30 p.m. on for dinner and activities! There will be music, group activities and more during dinner time until Base Camp Assembly begins at 6:30 p.m.! Parents, you are welcome to stay (but not required) and eat dinner too! We will wrap up at 8:00p.m. each night.
Check in/out: Please help our safari guides know when your camper(child) has arrived and when they are leaving by checking them in and out on the group clipboard at their crew tables! Please make plans to pick up your child at 8p.m. each Monday- Thursday.
What to wear:
We loved seeing all the awesome crew colors yesterday! Great job!!!
Theme Nights!
Tuesday: Animal print/ camo day- wear a shirt with camo or animal print or an animal image!
Wednesday Royalty costumes: princesses, princes, kings, queens and knights. We are all children of the King of Kings!
Thursday: Wear pajamas and bring your stuffed animal

After dinner and activities, the adventure begins at 6:30 p.m. with Base Camp Assembly then off to wild bible adventure, creative corner crafts, stampede sports and games, and time with our special guest for the day! Our entering fourth and fifth graders will have awesome activities of their own too! We will conclude in the Base Camp for Roaring Reminders and our daily mission challenge!

Wow! Last night's Creature Teacher was amazing! When life is hard and scary (like some of the creatures he brought) we know that God is Good! Ask your child what animal last night was their favorite!

Mission Project!
Ms. Daira (our awesome worship leader) was our winner last night and got the opportunity to pet and hold a sweet Madagascar hissing cockroach! She was a real trooper and we collected a total of 28 cans of meat products for Christian Community Action (CCA). Wahoo!!! We will be collecting all week and making can towers in front of VBC leaders. One winner each night will get to complete a crazy challenge! Examples of canned meat include: tuna, chicken, spaghetti with meatballs, chili with meat, beef stew, sardines, canned fish, Spam, and ravioli.
