Hall of Fame - Inaugural Class!
Flower Mound High School is proud to announce the creation of the Flower Mound High School Hall of Fame and we will be inducting our inaugural class this Spring! The selection committee, comprised of current Flower Mound High School staff and community members, is looking for nominations to review in order to select our very first class! The selection committee would like your help in finding nominees to review. Please share this information with anyone who might want to nominate an individual for the FMHS Hall of Fame.
Throughout the storied history of Flower Mound High School, many outstanding and acclaimed alumni have made positive and significant marks on our school, community, and world. These individuals have made a lasting name for themselves and have brought honor to their former high school.
The FMHS Hall of Fame inductees shall be given to former students of Flower Mound High School whose achievements, character, and service to others serve as an inspiration and role model to our students today.
Criteria to be considered for this award include:
- Graduate of FMHS
- Must be out of high school by a minimum of 10 years.
- Achievements in their chosen field
- Service to community and/ or country
- Personal Accomplishments
- Contributions to society
- Role model for youth
If you would like to nominate an individual for this honor, please fill out the digital nomination form.

4th 9 Weeks Learning Pathway Changes - Opens Feb. 5th
4TH NINE WEEKS LEARNING PATHWAY CHANGES
Beginning FRIDAY, FEB 5, families may change their student’s learning pathway using the learning pathway change form found in your Skyward Family Access account.
You only need to access and submit this form if you are wanting to change your learning pathway for the 4th 9-week grading period, which begins March 22.
Your change must be made by February 19. If you do not complete the form, your child will continue in their current learning pathway.

Juniors & Seniors - LISD's 3rd Annual Career Out
Mark your calendar: LISD's 3rd Annual Career Out will be Friday, March 26, 2021!
LISD's Career Out is a day for juniors and seniors to job shadow executives, administrators and team members from businesses in and around the LISD community. The 2021 event will be completely virtual. Check out the video and visit the pages below for more information and to register.
Spring AP Exam Registration - Deadline March 5th
Spring AP exam registration for the 20-21 school year is open. Students in Spring courses must now register and pay for their AP exams by Friday March 5th at 3pm. (Students that took AP Fall classes may still register but will be subject to $40.00/exam late fees).
PLEASE NOTE:
- No exams will be available for sale after registration closes for the 20-21 school year on March 5, 2020 at 3pm.
- At this point, based on current information we expect exams to be IN PERSON at FMHS this May
- To order a test, students must join the course in College Board. This is done through the student’s teacher and should be done by now. We cannot order a test if the student does not join the course in College Board.

COVID Call Center Holiday Hours (469) 444-3558
The COVID Call Center will be open select days and times over the Winter break.
Monday, Dec. 21 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Monday, Jan. 4 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tuesday, Jan. 5 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Wednesday, Jan. 6 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
A few reminders as we enter the flu season and are seeing an increase in COVID-19 across the county:
- If your student is sick or not feeling well, please keep them home out of extra precaution during this time.
- Reinforce the importance of wearing masks and remaining socially distant to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
- If your students experiences any symptoms or learns they may have been exposed the COVID-19 call the LISD COVID Call Center at 469-444-3558.
