A Note about Fair Share

A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE FAMILIES THAT HAVE ALREADY PAID YOUR FAIR SHARE!

As we continue to plan for this year, it relying on these funds allows us to schedule more events, clinicians, and supplemental instruction for our students!

We strive in the EHS Band & Orchestra Program to provide extra learning opportunities and enrichment for our students. We want to continue to bring in high quality clinicians and coaches to give our students the very best experience possible. All of that work comes at a price.

Combined with travel for parade/festivals, parties/socials, food incentives, uniform care and maintenance, etc. it costs several thousand dollars to run the band program and we stretch way beyond any funding provided by the Evergreen School District. We ask that every student in the band and orchestra to pay a small fee of $75.00 for the year to help offset the costs to our booster program. This fee will cover a small percentage of the amount needed to make this program top notch for our students. When fair share is combined with fundraising efforts, everyone has an opportunity to provide for the longevity and continued success of our program.

We hope all of our families will make arrangements to pay this fair share as soon as possible. Payments can be made online by clicking the link below - or checks can be brought to the band/orchestra room and dropped off in the booster deposit box. Make all checks payable to EHS Boosters.

THANK YOU for your continued support!
