Bailey's Bulletin
Parents,
Our students and staff worked hard this week to complete some of our state testing. All other students worked just as hard in their classrooms continuing on with the curriculum. There is still several more weeks of curriculum coming for our boys and girls. We look forward to pushing forward with the school year and seeing more and more students reach their goals. We also loved seeing pictures from the 1st and 2nd grade field trips this past week!
We have NO SCHOOL scheduled for Friday, April 19th for Good Friday and Friday, April 26th for Battle of the Flowers. Therefore, we have two 4-day weeks coming up. Within these two weeks, we have lots of activities scheduled: Volunteer Celebration, 5th Grade Field Trip to Witte, 5th Grade Tweenz Presentation on Social Media, Pencilmania, First Grade Fiesta Float, and more. See the Tuscany Heights Happenings below for more information.
Thank you for all of the March of Dimes donations. We set a $700 goal, and we are so close to achieving it. We shared the "why" behind March of Dimes on morning announcements this week. We love that our student leaders and communities are giving to such a great cause. Thank you!
We continue to register students for next school year! Reach out to our office to schedule a tour and schedule an appointment for registration. All incoming PreK and Kinder students will be gifted with a special t-shirt and a yard sign when they register!
Proud Principal,
Tara Bailey

National Therapy Animal Day
In honor of National Therapy Animal Day, we are joining thousands of bakers from all over the country who are breaking out their mixing bowls and whipping up some treats for our animal friends. Treats & Sweets Day is the yummiest fundraising event of the year! I’m taking my knack for baking and putting it to good use to support Pet Partners, and I need your help!
Come by our Treats & Sweets sale to grab some tasty homemade items, make a donation, or make an online gift to our Treats & Sweets efforts. Thank you for making the world a whole lot sweeter!
We are looking for student bakers to make homemade dog or cat treats, speakers to advertise our event on the announcements, and volunteers for our table in the rotunda.
We will be passing out bags of treats for a donation on Tuesday, 4/30 before school in the rotunda.
See Mrs. Holeman if you are interested in helping out this year!
