SM & SOZ SEPTEMBER 2022 NEWSLETTER
KNOWING & LOVING JESUS IN THE EUCHARIST
NOTE FROM THE DRE
Good Morning Families,
I hope your first few days of school are filled with JOY! I have been working hard to get the building ready for religious education along with getting my kids back into the school routine. The Catechists, Father Miniatt and I are excited to see everyone and start the new year! Below you will find a prayer for your child's beginning of the year.
September 17th is our kickoff Mass & Potluck for the year. This will be open to the parish as well. Special guests on mission from Africa will be speaking at church and joining us following Mass. I encourage all families to be there to welcome our new families and the missionaries, and actively participate in the parish community. There is an RSVP below to help us prepare. ALL FAMILIES PLEASE KINDLY TAKE 1 MINUTE TO FILL IT OUT.
MS/HS Only: The Youth Fellowship Meal is viewable below. If you have not signed up, please look at it and let me know. I will have it available to view on the evenings of parent meetings. We have September 7th covered, but are in need of 2 families for September 14th.
There are buttons below to link to the 2022-23 Parent Handbook & Building Layout. All families are encouraged to read, but I also want to note some changes and highlight a few things not in the handbook for the first night.
