Help Wanted: Reading Corps Tutor (2018-19 School Year)
Summer School (Targeted Services)
We will be offering summer school for students presently in grades K-4. We will focus on science, reading, math, and social interaction. The June session will have an emphasis on science. The August session is a great jump-start to the year.
June Session – “Science Camp”
June 11-22, 2018 - Monday through Friday
8:30am-12:00
August Session – “Jump Start to the New Year”
July 30-August 10 - Monday through Friday
8:30am-12:00
Each session will meet for 10 days. These two session are different programs. You may choose to enroll your child in one or both. The classes are open to ALL students who wish to have some fun, get a jump-start on the new school year or need that extra boost. No transportation will be provided. Parents must drop-off and pick up their child each day at school.
Summer school funding is provided through a targeted services grant that tracks attendance very closely. Funding for teachers and the programming is based off attendance so it is important that students attend each day they sign up for.
There is no fee for the program. When we receive your child’s registration form, we will be sending home a “Continual Learning Plan” for your child that will require your signature.
Please complete the registration linked below and return the bottom part of the sheet to the office by May 11.

A Note from the Kitchen: Cold Lunch
If you send cold lunch for your child, please do not send candy in their lunch. Our district policy states: "The school district encourages parents to pack healthy lunches and snacks and refrain from including beverages and foods without nutritional value."
