Who Am I

"The right hand is controlled by the left side of the brain, so that means left handed people our in their right minds."

Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means that I like more structure, control, clarity, focus, direction, responsibility, organization, planning, mathematical and analytical skills, listening skills, rational and logical thinking. However, sometimes I need more likes more spontaneity, expression, nurturing, social and interpersonal activity, imagination and creativity, artistry, holistic, abstract and conceptual thinking.

Behavioral Style

When making decisions, I tend to follow the behavorial style. People with this style usually are social, friendly, supportive, action oriented, and are motivated by acceptance of peers. Others sometimes think of my decision making as wishy-washy, can't say no, and that I can't make hard decisions. The best organizational fit for my style of thinking would be with well designed, people oriented settings.
