Banking on Your Character - Gospel Reading - September 18, 2022 - Luke 15:11-24
Can people change who they are? Can people have a change of heart? If you've been dishonest in the past, are you always going to be dishonest? When Jesus gets a hold of a person's heart, the effect is a radical change in character. You begin to put God's ways ahead of the ways of the World.
Principal's Message
I hope you are all enjoying your weekend. Last week we had our first Grad 23 meeting with the students, and staff had a lot of fun cooking hotdogs on the bbq outside for the students. There will be more information regarding the grad to come in the weeks to follow.
Thank you to parents for your emails regarding the crosswalk situation. It is definitely on the radar as an issue and we are working with multiple agencies to find a solution as quickly as possible. Student safety will always be a priority.
This Tuesday will be our first parent council meeting of the year. We are hoping to have a good turnout as we have a couple of topics that we would like to share with the parent community. We will also have refreshments for those in attendance. I will send a reminder out on messenger tomorrow evening with the specifics.
Everyone have a great week.
Damon Clayton, Principal
