???WHAT IS EXERCISE???
Exercise is the physical exertion of the body - making the body do a physical activity which results in a healthy or healthier level of physical fitness and both physical and mental health. In other words, exercise aims to maintain or enhance our physical fitness and general health. People exercise for many different reasons.
Fitness components are the different abilities that are used for exercise such as strength,endurance,speed,agility,balance and flexibility.

In exercise there is more than 1 technique to do. Different techniques target different muscles of the body such as the upper body strength(arms,chest,back...) and the lower body strength(legs,waist,knee)
???Different ways to get exercise???
There are many ways to get exercise. Many people do their normal workout at the gym. But playing sport, P.E and even playing games (Tag, seaweed,etc) for half an hour or more can be a fun and yet you can also get the same amount of exercise most people get at the gym( Dependent on how much you do.)
Overall exercise is good for you because it builds up your muscles,makes you lose fat,kills the bad stuff in your body,enhances your natural abilities and keeps you health. :)
