If you haven't been to your box please make your way over and pick up your small Christmas gift I left in there. You will find that it is the ever so awesome "Movie Night" or
"Seated Yoga" workout card that you can use over the break. I picked these in particular because I know we will be doing lots of relaxing. They are all exercises you can do on your couch, on a chair, at work, at home, you name it you can do it!
The plan is to have one of these cards in your box every month to continue in promoting lifelong fitness no matter what your level is and where you are. I truly believe our health is one of the most important things we have in this life and I want to share my passion with you.
I am wishing each and everyone of you a holiday filled with all the love and happiness this world has to offer. Thank you for being rock stars and helping me in my journey as I teach our kids about physical literacy. So grateful to have such amazing colleagues, I'll see you in 2016!

Eagles in Action Board
Make sure you stop by the Teacher's Lounge and post a picture of you and/or your family exercising on our Eagles in Action Board. Could be walking, swimming, hiking, dancing, sports, etc.
100 Mile Shoe
When you complete your 100 miles don't forget to ask me for a shoe to put up on the Eagles in Action Board!
Exercising with a buddy is way better than exercising by yourself! Come out and we'll support you.
