THE's Weekly eBlast

May 28, 2017

Principal Message

Don't forget, no school today. Enjoy Memorial Day with your family.

We can't believe the last week of school is here for the staff and students. Wow! Time flies when we are having fun. Thank you for a great year. Below are a few reminders:

Just a reminder that we are not hosting end of the year parties, because we have already had our two allocated parties for this school year: Winter and Valentine Parties.

For our families attending the 5th Grade Ceremony on June 1st, please note:

· NEISD Policy: No other persons of school age will be allowed to visit during school hours. This applies to the campus and all property within the campus boundaries. NEISD student siblings are not allowed to leave instructional time to attend the ceremony.

We look forward to making the 5th Grade Ceremony a special time for them.

As we wrap up this week, I will send out one more eBlast prior to the summer and the next will come again in August to start giving you updates prior to school starting on August 28, 2017.

Thank you,

Tara Bailey

Our fiirst ever dance, Enchanted Evening, hosted by our PTA was a wonderful success. Thank you to all of the moms and dads that brought thier children out to share in a fun filled night. This just might become a tradition! I am included a few pictures from the night, but check out our Facebook pages and website for more pictures. You just might be in the spotlight!

Team Forsyth- 4th Grade Battle of the Books

Team Forsyth battled over books this week with other teams around the district. They did a phenomenal job recalling information from the many books they have read this year. We are so proud of them as well as their families, Mrs. Forsyth, and Mrs. Johnson. Congratulations Boys and Girls.
