Renovation Update: Construction agreements signed for GW & Johnson
On September 22, the School Board Chair signed the interim agreements for the renovation of George Washington High School and a new G. L. H. Johnson school building.
An agreement with English Construction will allow for more comprehensive plans and preliminary designs to be created for the renovated George Washington High School campus, which is set to include a new performance gym, an updated CTE building, and more.
An agreement with Branch Builds will allow for more comprehensive plans and preliminary designs to be created for a brand new elementary school on the Johnson campus, which would allow for the former Johnson school to be used as swing space as renovations continue.
