Qigong ~ Ultimate Self-Healing

Qigong is a form of Chinese Energetic Medicine that has been practiced in China for over 5000 years. It includes movement, meditation, chanting, exercises and visualizations. Doing qigong calms and relaxes the mind and body, regulates breathing and circulation, promotes health and prevents illness.

Qigong is simple and true self-healing through movement and self awareness. Open to every level of ability, qigong is fun and feels great.

Turtle Qigong

Weekly class at Vida Yoga Studio, on Fridays, from 9:00 am-10:15 am.

Class begins with a short mudra meditation, Chinese Qi massage warmup and then exploration of a particular form each Friday. All levels welcome, classes are drop-in and cost is $12/class, or punch card. Bring tea or water to drink, dress comfortably, and bring a friend! I look forward to seeing you!
