What's Happening at West Madison

Summer Edition

It was amazing to see the end of the school year arrive so quickly, so quickly in fact I didn't get a chance to send anything out to you prior to everyone leaving for summer.

I would like to thank you all for the support and patience shown this past school year. We had many successes and a few challenges, yet despite all, we continued the work that has to be done to ensure the safety and educational needs of our students.

There are so many I would like to thank, especially our parent volunteers and the PTA officers. You all helped support our teachers and students in so many ways during the year, without you we wouldn't be able to accomplish what we were able to accomplish. Your presence and support make a much stronger working community supporting to achieve the school’s goals and ensuring our students’ are our top priority.

I would also like to thank our hard working faculty and staff who have made a difference in each and everyone of our students lives. Their commitment is outstanding and our students, your children reap the benefits. Thank you for providing rich and engaging experiences for our kids and knowing that education is about fostering curiosity in kids, along with helping to develop social skills for them to succeed in every area of their lives. I am grateful for this and far too many other things to mention.

Lastly, I would like to congratulate our students. I wish you all a very happy, safe and fun summer. I look forward to seeing everyone in August.
