Thank you to Mrs. Hart, the PE teachers across the district and our 6th grade staff for facilitating an AWESOME event. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. Congratulations to all of our students for putting forth their best effort! However, seeing the smiles on our kiddos faces during this event was priceless and the biggest prize ever!

A Special Congratulations to our ROCK RUN TEAM (Jason Van Sant, Johnny Rosenblatt, Caleb Dubas, & Joe Druding) for bringing home the WIN!!!!

We were so excited to see so many ROAR TICKET WINNERS come to the main office to Sign the Celebrity Book and Join the Principal's 100 Club. Each student selected a numbered paw and found their place on the P100 Board for a chance to win the Mystery Motivator.

A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO OUR PTO and staff that donated prizes to our Mystery Motivator inventory throughout the year. :) It really made for a PAWESOME SCHOOL YEAR!!!!

June 1 is a very important date for our district. June 1 is the date we use to finalize all sections and then assign staff based on those sections. It is imperative that parents enroll students by this date so students can be counted in enrollment and be assured of attending their home school. It is also important that parents let us know formally that they are moving and will not be attending HCE next year. Again, all the numbers drive the number of sections we will have at each grade level and the teacher assignments that follow. If you know parents who want to enroll, reach out now. Online Registration: The Council Rock School District utilizes a secure online portal for a parent(s) to enroll their child(ren). Please ensure you have all required documents ready before starting the enrollment process below. The application functions best in the Chrome browser on a desktop or laptop.

Your child is NOT registered until all documents have been received, reviewed by central registration, and the final registration document has been signed by the parent.

The school year of 2023 is coming to an end;

as the last day of school is around the bend.

We’re nearing our last book checkout, so that is a bummer

All books must come back before it is summer!

Search high and low to find every book;

By the couch, near the bed are good places to look.

Please return all your books, but have no fear;

The books will be ready in our library next year!

End of the year celebrations will be held in the classrooms on the afternoon of Thursday, June 8th, unless otherwise indicated by your classroom teacher. Homeroom Parents will be in contact with classroom families for food and other party donations. Please contact your Homeroom Parents, directly, with questions. The office staff would not be able to answer specific questions that you may have regarding your child’s event

We have important safety protocol that our office staff follows when visitors enter our building. This includes vetting those that enter the building. While we understand that this is a KIND gesture, when visitors open the door or hold the door for others entering the building; this does not allow HCE staff to follow through with the safety protocol that we have in place.

Attached is the form to be completed for Family Educational Trips. Handwritten letters are accepted, however this form is preferred. Please be sure to submit the form/letter at least ten (10) days prior to your trip, for approval.
