From the Desk of Mrs. Arias...
Parents and students,
Our first week of the new unit last week was fast and furious. We covered a wonderful science fiction story called "The Brave Little Toaster" and students completed a test over the selection on Friday. This week, we will be reading a selection called "Are Bionic Superhumans on the Rise?" Parents are encouraged to have discussions with their students over our activities this week to encourage them to make real-world connections.
All grades through last week have been posted, with the exception of a few from the end of the week. This week marks the end of first progress reporting period, so grades will be officially posted to Skyward by next Monday. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns about your student's progress. I hope everyone has a wonderful week!
