Regents Review 2.0
The New York State Regents exams are just around the corner, and educators can help students prepare for them with Regents Review 2.0, a free service presented by New York State’s public broadcasters.
Regents Review 2.0, New York's favorite Regents test-preparation program, includes specially prepared television episodes, online videos, and resources. They are available 24/7 at regentsreviewny.net. Be sure to check out the short online tutorials focusing on areas students are finding especially challenging on the Regents math exams. Featured this year is a study program for the new Global History & Geography II exam aligned to the New York Social Studies framework. There also is a 56-minute video focused on the Global History & Geography Regents Transition exam for schools using this exam.
The eleven test-prep programs are also being broadcast on most New York State public television stations. Check with your local PBS station for dates and times.
Regents Review 2.0 is produced by WCNY-Syracuse. The New York State Teacher Center (NYSTC) Network provided content development and expert teacher presenters for the programs.
A special thank you to Michelle Scamacca, NYS Teacher Center Regents Review Coordinator & Greece Central School District Social Studies Teacher, for her work on this project as well as Brad Fiege, Greece Central School District Social Studies Teacher.
